Biltong salad - something a little adventurous
- Cucumber ribbons
- 2 handfuls mixed lettuce leaves
- 200g baby tomatoes, halved
- 1 mango, peeled and sliced
- 1 avocado, peeled and sliced
- Handful of biltong
- 1 round of feta cheese, cubed
- 50ml sweet chilli sauce
- 25ml mint sauce
- 15ml white wine vinegar
Method:
Make the salad by tossing together the cucumber, lettuce leaves, tomatoes, mango, avocado, biltong and feta cheese.
In a small bowl, mix together the sweet chilli sauce, mint sauce and vinegar. Drizzle dressing sparingly over salad before serving.
